Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and sustain existing business relationships.
- Conduct regular client interactions and business reviews.
2. Client Understanding & Brief Management
- Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements.
- Translate client briefs into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of project scope and expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
3. Revenue Growth (Existing Accounts)
- Drive revenue growth through existing client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
- Achieve assigned business targets and revenue objectives.
- Track client-wise business performance and maintain account profitability.
4. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling
- Promote additional services, solutions, and verticals to existing clients.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pitch value-added solutions.
- Support proposal development and commercial discussions.
5. Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with operations, production, design, procurement, and execution teams for project delivery.
- Ensure projects are executed within defined quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely closure of deliverables and documentation.
6. Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective coordination across departments for seamless project execution.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support management in strategic discussions and project planning.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational capabilities.
7. Proposal, Presentation & Reporting
- Prepare professional client presentations, proposals, and business reports.
- Support pitch presentations and business meetings.
- Maintain accurate MIS, project updates, and client records.
- Generate periodic reports related to business performance and project status.
8. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling
- Handle client escalations and concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining client confidence.
- Coordinate internally for corrective and preventive actions.
- Minimize service gaps and maintain operational efficiency.
9. New Business Development Support & Travel Engagement
- Support business expansion initiatives and client acquisition activities.
- Participate in client meetings, field visits, and business development engagements.
- Generate references and identify new rollout opportunities.
- Travel as per business requirements for client coordination and project discussions.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen and client management capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach towards client servicing.
- Comfortable with travel and on-site client interactions.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Relevant 2-3 years experience in Client Servicing, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in retail branding, fit-outs, project execution, or related industry will be preferred.
