We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Client Acquisition professional with 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or media agency environment. The role involves acquiring new brands while managing and growing existing client accounts.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business objectives into effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams, and identifying opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling of agency services.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients and brands for the agency
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Understand client business goals and propose relevant digital/media solutions
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to establish strategic advantages
- Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure timely renewals
- Track performance metrics to ensure revenue and growth targets are met
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, B2B Sales, or Media Sales
- Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media agencies preferred
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, including deal closure
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
