Salary: Fixed + Incentives (20k to 35k)
This is a high-impact role for someone who can both close deals AND manage clients.
YOUR ROLE:
- Convert leads into clients (Sales)
- Manage and retain clients post-closure (Account Management)
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong communicator + relationship builder
- Sales-driven but also service-oriented
- Organized and proactive
- Experience in B2B / pharma / healthcare is a plus
