Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site position located in Pune Division. As a Business Development / Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic client acquisition plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to pitch services, create proposals, and drive sustainable growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable outcomes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Experience in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
