About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Intern to support our broker and partnership network expansion. This is a field-heavy, execution-focused role requiring daily outreach, on-ground visits, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with 50–100 new prospects daily (brokers, interior designers, PGs, hotels, cafés, co-living operators)
- Conduct on-field visits to meet brokers and partners
- Build and maintain a strong broker network
- Identify and onboard potential partners in:
- Interior design firms
- PG accommodations
- Hotels
- Cafés
- Co-living companies
- Track and report:
- Daily outreach numbers
- Meetings conducted
- Conversions achieved
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Gather market insights and competitor information from the field
Daily Expectations (Quantitative)- Outreach: 50–100 new contacts/day
- Field visits: 5–10 meetings/day
- Follow-ups: 20–30/day
- Weekly target: Minimum 5–10 active partnerships initiated
