What you'll own
- Building and owning outbound pipeline with brands across industries
- Pitching Blavoc's services; running discovery, proposals & negotiation
- Owning the funnel from lead → meeting → close → handoff
- Pipeline hygiene and crisp deal documentation
- Hitting (and beating) pipeline / revenue targets
- Feeding market insight back to the team
Success in your first 90 days
- Consistent qualified leads + meetings booked monthly
- A healthy pipeline value built
- First deals closed
- An improving lead-to-close conversion rate
Who you are
- 1–4 years in B2B sales / business development / agency sales
- Confident communicator who loves the chase; target-driven; CRM-disciplined
- Resilient and quick on your feet
- Bonus: media/marketing/agency background, a brand-side network
