About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to manage inbound and outbound customer leads for Nectarhome EV chargers. This role focuseson calling, lead nurturing, qualification, and conversion of customers interested in installing home charging solutions. You will guide customers through the buying journey, explain product compatibility, installation requirements, and pricing, and ensure a smooth experience from first call to order confirmation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify, and convert customer leads interested in Nectar home EV chargers through calling and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outboundleads received from website, WhatsApp,campaigns, and marketplaces.
- Educate customers on chargercompatibility, installation requirements, pricing, and benefits.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records,update CRM tools, and track lead progress.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to improveconversion rates.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for feasibility checksand scheduling.
- Analyze customer feedback, objections, and market trends to improvesales approach.
- Consistently achievemonthly and quarterlysales targets.
- Represent Statiqprofessionally during customerinteractions and sales discussions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2C / inside sales / telecalling / consumer product sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to explain technicalproducts in a simple language.
- Strong negotiation and closingability with a target-driven approach.
- Experience using CRM tools and managingmultiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable workingin a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in EV, consumerelectronics, electrical products,or home installation sales is a plus.
