Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Chennai. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing for growth opportunities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, addressing customer needs, and utilizing data-driven insights to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred but not mandatory
