Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate based in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, engaging in strategic communication to promote organizational growth, and delivering excellent customer support when interacting with partners and supporters. The role also involves analyzing data and trends to refine strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Salary starting from Rs. 15,000
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and market trend analysis
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and partners
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and inform strategies
- Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service and build meaningful relationships
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using business development tools and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
