🔷 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Growth Evangelist with strong experience in Business Development and Lead Generation within the IT industry.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Development & Lead Generation
▪️ Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT and Healthcare market.
▪️ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking and other outreach channels.
▪️ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution discussions.
▪️ Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to drive conversions.
✅ Healthcare Domain Understanding
▪️ Work with clients from Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospices, ACOs, Physician Groups or Provider Networks.
▪️ Understand healthcare workflows, client pain points and market trends.
▪️ Support proposal creation and client presentations based on healthcare business needs.
✅ Market Research & Growth Strategy
▪️ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
▪️ Analyze market data and prepare reports for leadership.
▪️ Suggest growth strategies and outreach improvements based on market insights.
✅ Branding & Marketing Support
▪️ Create basic marketing materials, presentations, social media creatives or outreach content using Canva or Figma.
▪️ Support digital marketing and branding initiatives when required.
✅ Target & Performance Management
▪️ Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business targets.
▪️ Track sales activities, lead status and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.
🔷 Required Skills
▪️ Strong experience in Business Development and Lead Generation in the IT market.
▪️ Good understanding or prior experience in the Healthcare domain.
▪️ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
▪️ Strong market research and analytical skills.
▪️ Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and CRM tools.
▪️ Ability to work independently in a target-based environment.
🔷 Preferred Qualifications
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
▪️ Prior experience in Healthcare IT services or products will be preferred.
▪️ Exposure to US market/client handling is an added advantage.
