*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and acquire new business opportunities across PR, social media, and influencer marketing services
* Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
* Develop customized proposals and integrated solutions for clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams (PR, social media, content) to deliver effective campaigns
* Meet and exceed revenue targets and business goals
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
* Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and pitches
*Requirements:*
* 3–10 years of experience in business development/sales within a PR, digital, or marketing agency
* Proven track record in *PR, social media, or influencer marketing sales*
* Strong network of brand/marketing contacts is a plus
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
