We excel in connecting thought leaders through a multitude of formats such as content-driven summits, exclusive roundtables, conferences, virtual sessions, and video interview series. Over the past three years, we have successfully organized over 200 roundtables and 60 large-scale conferences, working with more than 173 clients across India.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and supporting sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle cold outreach and follow-ups confidently
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
