Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development professional, located in Rajasthan, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through execution of sales strategies, maintaining strong customer service standards, and working collaboratively within a team. This position also entails tracking market trends and opportunities to ensure sustainable business expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify business opportunities and assess market potential
- Effective Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivation and ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
- Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the regional market context is desirable
