Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development (Sales & Marketing) Associate to support growth of our solar O&M and asset management services. The role is focused on lead generation, market outreach, and revenue growth through structured sales and marketing efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early professionals to enter the renewable energy space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Solar PV O&M and asset management services
- Execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, outreach, and digital channels
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Support creation of proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials
- Maintain sales pipeline, track conversions, and meet growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy and execution
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or master's degree
- Candidates from top-tier institutes preferred (IITs, NITs, BITs etc..,)
- Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025 graduates are welcome
- Can join in 15 days
- High Ownership
Skills Required
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in renewable energy / solar sector
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or B2B sales is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (based on performance during the interview)
