Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and enhance revenue streams across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the hospitality industry
- Strong network within hotels, travel, or tourism sectors is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies
