We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in SaaS sales and IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure, and must have a proven track record in bringing in SaaS-based projects and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Qualification → Client Meetings → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Identify and acquire new clients for SaaS solutions and IT services
- Bring in SaaS-based projects, including cloud, software solutions, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders in client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development
- Ensure consistent revenue generation and target achievement
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5–8 years of experience in IT services / SaaS sales
- Proven experience in sales closure and deal conversion
- Strong understanding of:
- SaaS solutions
- Cloud-based services
- Software development lifecycle
- Experience in domestic or international staffing/services sales is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and high-value deals
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
