Job Description:
Location: Chennai (Work from Office, 5 Days)
Fixed Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Experience: 4+ years (minimum 2 years in outbound hunting preferred)
Core Requirements
1. Outbound Hunting Sales Experience (US/Global Market Preferred)
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation
- Experience engaging US‑based prospects and navigating enterprise buying centers
- Familiarity with sales tools
2. Excellent Neutral English Communication
- Strong spoken clarity with a neutral accent suitable for US conversations
- Confident written communication for email sequences, follow-ups, and messaging
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
3. High Learning Agility
- Demonstrated ability to absorb complex product/service knowledge quickly
- Comfortable learning SEC workflows, capital markets, and IPO processes
- Self‑driven and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Motion (Core)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn
- Build targeted lead lists using intent tools and US market intelligence
- Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP and buyer persona
- Initiate first conversations and create demand for the solution
- Understand pain points, challenges, and SEC regulatory needs of prospects
- Book qualified meetings for the US AE team
- Maintain daily productivity metrics (calls, conversations, emails, touchpoints)
- Log activities, notes, and call outcomes in the CRM
