Darwix AI is building a physical AI-centred omnichannel agentic suite for BFSI sales conversations globally. Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic, commercially mature, and execution-driven Business Development to lead enterprise expansion initiatives across domestic and international markets.
This is not a conventional business development role. You will operate at the intersection of enterprise sales strategy, AI-led GTM execution, strategic partnerships, international business expansion, and enterprise stakeholder engagement.
As a core member of Darwix AI’s growth organization, you will work directly with founders, CXOs, enterprise decision-makers, and cross-functional leadership teams to drive high-impact growth initiatives across India, the UAE, Southeast Asia, and emerging global markets.
You will represent Darwix AI in front of enterprise clients, strategic partners, senior stakeholders, and leadership teams while contributing to large-scale business expansion, enterprise account development, and market penetration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic enterprise business development initiatives across India, UAE, Southeast Asia, and international enterprise markets.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs, founders, business leaders, and enterprise decision-makers across target organizations.
- Execute highly personalized outbound and account-based outreach campaigns using AI-powered prospecting tools, automation systems, and modern GTM platforms.
- Leverage advanced AI sales tools, automation workflows, conversational intelligence systems, and data-driven prospecting platforms to maximize pipeline efficiency and outreach scalability.
- Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline through strategic networking, outbound engagement, partnerships, referrals, and ecosystem relationships.
- Own complex end-to-end enterprise deal cycles including discovery, stakeholder mapping, consultative selling, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct high-impact discovery meetings, executive presentations, enterprise demos, and strategic business discussions with senior leadership stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with founders and CXOs on GTM strategy, expansion planning, enterprise account prioritization, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success teams to align enterprise requirements, product capabilities, implementation workflows, and customer success outcomes.
- Represent Darwix AI across domestic and international enterprise ecosystems, strategic events, client interactions, and business discussions.
- Work across multiple enterprise verticals including BFSI, fintech, SaaS, consulting, customer experience, and technology ecosystems.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting visibility, pipeline reporting accuracy, and opportunity management practices.
- Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, market feedback, and emerging trends to support product positioning and GTM refinement.
- Stay deeply informed about developments in AI, enterprise SaaS, automation, conversational intelligence, and emerging enterprise technology landscapes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- 0-1 year of experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, SaaS sales, consulting, or AI/technology-driven B2B growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise pipelines and closing high-value B2B deals.
- Strong exposure to consultative sales, outbound enterprise GTM motions, stakeholder management, and strategic account development.
- Experience engaging with CXOs, founders, senior business stakeholders, or enterprise leadership teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to understand enterprise workflows, customer pain points, and AI/SaaS value propositions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar enterprise sales and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership, high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise opportunities, stakeholders, geographies, and strategic priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in AI SaaS, enterprise technology, fintech, conversational intelligence, or automation ecosystems.
- Exposure to global enterprise markets including MENA, SEA, US, or Europe.
- Experience working in high-growth startups, consulting environments, or enterprise GTM teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales workflows, automation systems, or enterprise AI use cases.
