Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Indore. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and developing business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Business Development Associate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow the company's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to provide data-driven insights
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
- Customer Service experience with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development or a sales-oriented role is a plus
