We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate (Weddings)
Clickory Stories is looking for a driven and client-focused Business Development Associate who understands the wedding industry and can convert conversations into clients.
Location: Dharampeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads, client calls, and DMs related to wedding shoots
• Understand client requirements and suggest the right photography/videography packages
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Manage client communication from inquiry to closure
• Coordinate with the internal team for shoot planning and execution
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM/sales sheet
• Check responses from Google Forms, LinkedIn, Indeed and call potential candidates
• Ensure timely follow-ups on existing clients and pending payments
• Collect post-shoot reviews and maintain client relationships
• Assist in running campaigns and generating new leads
Requirements:
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Understanding of weddings, client expectations, and premium services
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and close deals
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels, follow-ups, and client handling
• Organized and proactive in managing daily tasks
