Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. This position will involve conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and delivering impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders. The associate will play a critical role in building partnerships and expanding our reach, while actively contributing to the growth and success of BrightCHAMPS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in creating impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or an equivalent position is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
