Key Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and adult learners and schedule 1:1 video counseling sessions.
- Conduct consultative counseling, understand learner needs, handle objections, and guide them toward program enrollments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to final conversion with regular follow-ups.
- Work with warm, high-intent leads who have already attended a demo class.
- Work in the US Shift (9:00 PM onwards) and achieve weekly sales targets.
