Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based out of Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building relationships, and explaining Square Yards' comprehensive real estate and mortgage solutions to customers. The role demands meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work collaboratively with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience and execute strategies to drive growth in the real estate domain.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship building with clients and partners
- Sales acumen with skills in negotiation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in real estate, property management, or related industries will be advantageous
- Analytical thinking alongside problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
- Ability to perform in a team environment with a focus on collaborative success
- High motivation to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in leveraging CRM tools is a plus
