Role: Business Development Associate / Senior (Inside Sales)
CTC: 5 to 6 LPA + Target Based Incentives
Location: Chennai (On-Site) Pallikaranai
What you’ll be doing:
• Speak with high-intent leads and convert them into enrollments
• Clearly pitch our programs and outcomes
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closure
• Build and manage a strong pipeline
• Consistently hit (and exceed) targets
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales
• Can confidently pitch, handle objections, and close
• Is target-driven and takes ownership of numbers
• Understands customer intent not just lead volume
