Role Overview
Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Drive lead generation through online (Instagram, LinkedIn) and offline channels
- Pitch VyperX services: Social Media Management, Content Production, and Branding
- Convert prospects into paying clients and manage long-term relationships
- Conduct client meetings via calls and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with content, creative, and editing teams to deliver campaigns
- Own accounts end-to-end and drive repeat business through follow-ups
Sales Intern (Lead Generation & Outreach)
- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms
- Support outreach efforts, follow-ups, and client communication
- Assist BDAs in pipeline building, meeting coordination, and conversions
- Contribute to consistent top-of-funnel growth
Eligibility
- Background in Commerce / BBA preferred (not mandatory)
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or team handling is a plus
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
- Confidence in handling client calls, meetings, and video pitches
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, reels, and branding
- Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Daily: 30–50 outreach activities (calls + DMs)
- Weekly: 5–10 client meetings
- Monthly Revenue Target (BDA): ₹1L – ₹1.5L
Compensation
- BDA: ₹26,000 fixed salary
- Sales Intern: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 fixed incentive
- Incentives: 10%–20% per deal
- Performance-based bonuses on achieving targets

📍 On-site – Rajarhat, Kolkata
