Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Associate - B2C, operating on-site at our Bengaluru South office. In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers, manage client accounts, and provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also requires proactive lead development and collaborating with other teams to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service strategies
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Background in education technology or a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
