11:11 Social is a fast-growing creative and marketing agency that helps brands grow through Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Curated Brand Events.
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate (Sales) who can actively bring in new business opportunities and help us scale our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential brands that require Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Brand Events
• Generate leads independently through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold emails, networking, and other platforms
• Actively perform cold calling and cold emailing to acquire new clients
• Pitch agency services and convert leads into long-term brand partnerships
• Build relationships with founders, brand managers, and marketing teams
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and lead database
• Coordinate with the internal strategy team to close deals and execute campaigns
Requirements
• Prior experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency or Social Media Agency is mandatory
• Strong communication, persuasion, and pitching skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs)
• Understanding of digital marketing, creator collaborations, and brand campaigns
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
