Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Associate role based in our Bengaluru office. The associate will be responsible for generating new leads, presenting and pitching company services, conducting market research, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects. The role also involves developing and cultivating client relationships to achieve business growth while collaborating with internal teams to meet the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills, including the ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the edtech industry is an advantage
