Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (ROW Market), you will drive Bhanzu’s international growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with global clients, and contributing to strategic expansion initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, proactive, and passionate about global sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert leads through cold calling, emails, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships globally
- Support in creating business proposals, presentations, and growth strategies
- Maintain and manage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs
- Represent Bhanzu as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (international exposure preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for growth and learning
