Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)
Compensation: ₹2–3 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BDE with strong EdTech sales exposure to drive revenue growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Drive sales and revenue generation for EdTech products in the US market
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis
- Handle and close high-value leads independently
- Plan and execute lead generation strategies for the US marketplace
- Improve sales processes, pitch quality, and conversion ratios
Requirements
- Proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the US education market
- Experience handling and scaling BDE teams
- Hands-on knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
