Role Description
This is a Full-Time Remote position for a Business Development Associate (Lead Generation) at GOIT360. This is a Non-Sales role focused entirely on the top-of-the-funnel activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities and initiating the first point of contact.
Your primary objective is to conduct market research and qualify leads; you are not required to close deals or handle financial negotiations. You will act as the bridge between prospective clients and our technical experts, scheduling strategic consultations for the founding team to finalize.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google Maps, and industry-specific directories.
- Market Research: Analyze business trends and identify industries that require digital upgrades (Web/App/Software).
- Outreach: Initiate professional first-contact communications via cold messaging, emails, or introductory calls.
- Relationship Management: Build initial rapport with business owners and decision-makers to understand their digital needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Successfully schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the senior closing team.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with international and domestic stakeholders.
- Persuasion & Influence: Ability to spark interest in our services and move a prospect from "curious" to "interested."
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook) and Google Workspace for lead tracking.
- Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred, but Freshers and Students with high energy are encouraged to apply.
- No Experience Required: While experience is a plus, we provide direct mentorship and training for the right candidates.
