About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right online education program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand student requirements, career goals, and educational background
  • Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, scholarships, and admission process
  • Recommend suitable programs based on the student’s needs
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections related to fees, trust, timing, and course value
  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested students.
  • Update lead status, communication history, and sales activity in CRM
  • Coordinate with admissions and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Generate referrals and repeat business from existing students
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in tele-calling and video counselling
  • Good listening and objection-handling ability
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships
  • Strong follow-up discipline and time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment


Eligibility:

Graduate and post-graduate in any stream, Freshers can apply

Prior experience in EdTech, telesales, counselling, banking, insurance, or BPO sales is an added advantage.


Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
