Job Description
Position: Business Development Associate Manager – Plastic Products
Experience:5+ years of relevant experience
Department: Projects
Location: Noida
Role Purpose
To support business growth of plastic products by assisting in customer acquisition, sales coordination, market development, and execution of day-to-day commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales of plastic products (recycled plastics, granules, flakes, compounds, etc.).
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new customers across packaging, FMCG, automotive, and industrial segments.
- Coordinate with customers on enquiries, quotations, sample approvals, and orders.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer data, and MIS reports.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements in the plastic products space.
- Coordinate with plant, quality, and logistics teams for timely dispatch and issue resolution.
- Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and basic commercial documentation.
- Follow up on payments, dispatch status, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical business practices.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in Engineering / Science (Plastics / Polymer background preferred) (MBA Preferred)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in plastic products / polymers / recycling / manufacturing sales
- Freshers with relevant internships or industry exposure may also be considered
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of plastic materials and applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn pricing, sales, and commercial processes
- Comfortable with field coordination and plant interaction
- MS Excel and basic reporting skills
