We're Hiring | International Voice Process / Lead Generation Executive
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer engagement, lead generation, and business development? We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team and contribute to our growing international operations.
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- 1–2 years of experience in Voice Process, Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, Telecalling, or Customer Interaction roles.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling outbound calling processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
- Graduates from any discipline.
- Professionals with a positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a customer-focused approach.
