Role Description
Zexora Global Services is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate (Intern). This role focuses on outbound communication, customer interaction, and lead generation.
Candidates will gain hands-on experience in BPO operations, sales communication, and client handling while working in a fast-paced professional environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers across India
• Provide accurate information and engage customers effectively
• Generate and qualify leads based on company criteria
• Maintain proper call records and customer details
• Coordinate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
• Follow scripts and improve communication through feedback
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
📌 Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
• Freshers are welcome (0–6 months of telecalling / sales experience preferred)
• Fluent Hindi (Mandatory)
• Basic to Intermediate English Communication Skills Required
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Data Entry) preferred
• Personal Laptop During Internship Only.

⏰ Working Details
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break included)
• Mode: Work from Office
• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Performance-Based)
• Incentives available based on performance
