Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate Intern to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships with colleges and candidates, and supporting business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, lead generation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Connect with colleges and institutions for campus collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients
- Maintain records of leads and update CRM/database regularly
- Assist the team in achieving monthly business targets
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and client management
- Basic knowledge of lead generation and market research
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours🕒 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site)
Stipend💰 ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month
