Business Development Associate – Intern (Remote)
We are looking for a proactive and highly communicative Business Development Associate Intern to support our sales and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with outbound sales activities, and available for full-time remote work.
Work Details
- Role: Business Development Associate – Intern
- Work Mode: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales outreach through cold calling and follow-up calls
- Send and manage professional email outreach campaigns
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations
- Assist in building and managing sales pipelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover
- Track outreach performance and share daily/weekly updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Airtable
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development
