About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate Intern to support our growth in HR services and Data Analytics solutions.
This role offers hands-on exposure to:
- B2B client acquisition
- Consulting-based sales
- Multi-sector engagement (corporates, NGOs, government projects)
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify potential clients across industries (corporates, startups, NGOs, institutions)
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms
- Build and maintain a structured prospect database
2. Client Engagement
- Initiate outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements in:
- HR services (recruitment, staffing, BPO)
- Data analytics (MIS dashboards, reporting, visualization)
- Schedule meetings and ensure consistent follow-ups
3. Proposal & Pitch Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Support in developing customized service offerings
- Align solutions based on client needs
4. Market Research & Opportunity Mapping
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target sectors
- Identify RFPs, tenders, and new business opportunities
- Support in tracking and responding to opportunities
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain daily activity and outreach reports
- Track leads, conversions, and sales pipeline
- Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions
Required Skills
Must-Have
- Strong communication skills (English required; Tamil preferred)
- Interest in business development, sales, or consulting
- Confidence in interacting with clients
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of:
- HR services (recruitment/staffing) OR
- Data analytics (Excel, Power BI, dashboards, SQL)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Additional languages are a plus: Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam
Duration: Minimum 6 months required
