Position: Business Development Associate (Intern)
Type: Internship
Location: Work From Home
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 INR per month (₹5,000 bonus on each 1 Lakh worth of business generated for the company)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Requirements
- have prior internship experience in same or similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to talk to clients over calls and emails.
- Interest in sales, client interaction, and market research.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot/Zoho/Excel.) and Go High level is plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in english Lanagauge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Above degree completed (preference BBA, MBA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
- Research and identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Maintain CRM records and track communication.
- Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms.
