Role Description The Business Development Associate (Intern) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation activities by identifying prospective partners, institutions, and learners through online research, outreach, and networking. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and gathering data to inform business development strategies. The intern will assist in creating and delivering presentations for potential clients and stakeholders, as well as preparing supporting materials and reports. The role involves regular communication with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, track progress against targets, and support the implementation of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective presentation abilities, including creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and track potential partners or clients.
- Market research skills, including gathering, organizing, and interpreting data on competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus).
- Interest in ed-tech, career development, and building partnerships within the education and industry ecosystem.
