Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Associate will take ownership of identifying sales opportunities, strategizing and implementing measures, acquiring new clients, and fostering relationships with existing partnerships. This role involves regularly meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, delivering impactful presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance existing offerings while driving growth for Crio.Do.
Job Responsibilities:
• Speak with students and working professionals through calls
• Explain Crio.Do programs and help learners choose the right course
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM updates and customer records
• Understand customer needs and provide the right guidance
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management.
- Proficient in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals under minimal supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in the technology, education, or SaaS sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
