Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru South, for a Business Development Associate in Inside Sales. The associate will identify and generate leads, conduct market research to discover new opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Responsibilities also include communicating effectively with stakeholders, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the team’s efforts in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Market Research, and identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional Presentation Skills and the ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in a sales or business development role is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and market analysis tools is advantageous
