Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate - Inside Sales located in Bengaluru South. The role involves conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and engaging potential clients through clear and persuasive communication to drive business growth. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and reach targets while contributing to building Crio.Do's customer base.

- Connect with prospective learners to understand their needs and career goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interested candidates
- Guide learners through the decision-making and enrollment process
