Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with parents and adult learners to understand their learning needs and provide suitable guidance.
- Deliver consultative sales conversations, confidently handle objections, and drive successful course enrollments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to final closure through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Maintain strong communication with prospective learners and parents to ensure a positive counseling and enrollment experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Accurately maintain lead and sales records while updating customer interactions in the system.
