- Connect with job seekers, working professionals, and fresh graduates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospects, address queries, and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
