Job Summary
Happy Homes 365, a growing real estate channel partner firm based in Bangalore, is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented sales interns. Ideal for fresh MBA graduates or students currently pursuing their MBA, this role offers strong growth potential in the real estate advisory space. If you're a fast learner with strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of the property market, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management:
- Telecalling fresh and cold leads to understand their property requirements
- Pitching suitable residential projects and convincing them to attend site visits
- Client handling:
Accompanying clients for property visits
Building rapport, noting preferences, and maintaining strong follow-up
Assisting clients in decision-making and encouraging them to proceed with bookings
- Sales support: Supporting clients through the entire buying journey — including booking, documentation, home loans, and interior services
- Builder coordination:
- Maintaining good relationships with builder teams
- Gathering updated project inventory, pricing, and offers regularly
- Updating property and pricing details in the system
- Market awareness: Keeping up-to-date with local real estate market trends, new launches, and area-specific insights
- Team & target focus:
- Achieving assigned sales targets
- Collaborating positively with internal teams and external partners
