As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for ambitious students and parents. Your role is not just selling, but diagnosing their profile, understanding their aspirations, and demonstrating how our technology and expertise can bridge the gap between their current profile and a top-tier global admit.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage high-potential students, converting cold interest into meaningful relationships.
- Profile Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Logical Pitching: Use data and structured reasoning to communicate the value proposition and differentiate our AI-driven approach from traditional consultancies.
- Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to address unique student challenges (e.g., low GRE scores, weak SOPs, gap years) and align them with suitable solutions.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring high conversion through consistent follow-ups.
