Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in our Bengaluru office. The Business Development Associate will identify and generate leads, conduct market research, deliver engaging presentations, and communicate effectively with potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships. The role encourages collaboration with internal teams to support the company’s growth and strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- Proficiency in lead generation and knowledge of market research practices and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Analytical skills and the ability to identify business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
