We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support our sales team by generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn networking, email outreach, and lead generation activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development, and international client acquisition.
You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, initiating conversations, and setting up opportunities for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, directories, and online platforms
. Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages to targeted prospects
. Conduct email outreach campaigns to introduce company services
. Build and maintain a database of prospects and leads
. Generate qualified leads for the sales team
. Schedule introductory meetings or calls with potential clients
. Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets
. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach campaigns
.Track daily outreach activities and report performance
Required Skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email communication
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong internet research skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to handle repetitive outreach tasks with consistency
