Business Development Associate (Field Sales)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, pitch our services, and close deals with local businesses.
This is a field-based role where you will directly interact with business owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (cafes, restaurants, resorts, retail stores)
- Conduct in-person meetings and present our 360° virtual tour services
- Explain the benefits of Google Maps visibility and visual marketing
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Close deals and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team for project execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Salary and Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
